Responsibilities
- Loads, unloads, or positions materials at machinery as needed for continuous operations.
- Removes printed materials from stacking equipment and arranges them neatly on pallets to support smooth downstream processing.
- Fills out pallet labels and packaging documentation to maintain traceability.
- Applies straps, braces, or protective padding using hand tools to secure loads during transport.
- Affixes identification tags or writes details on containers, bundles, or cases for clear tracking.
- Groups materials into units and secures them with banding tools for handling and shipment.
- Operates automated systems or occasionally drives industrial trucks and hoists to transport goods.
Compensation
Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.18 per hour, with a $2.00 per hour shift differential for third shift work.

- The national pay range for this role is $16.00/hr to 18.18/hr.
- There may also be a shift differential of up to $2/hr depending on shift assignment.
- The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee.
