Responsibilities
- Follow the standardized whole-home electrical evaluation procedure
- Diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems in homes
- Install and wire power and control wiring for HVAC systems
- Deliver professional and courteous service to clients
- Keep vehicle stocked with necessary tools, parts, and safety gear
- Travel to customer locations and coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedules and communicate delays
- Secure customer approval or signature for payment or financing upon job completion
- Achieve established sales quotas and performance benchmarks
- Help clients decide between repairing or replacing electrical systems
- Support the scheduling of replacement assessments when required
- Meet or surpass minimum performance expectations
