Role Overview
This position supports corporate marketing and executive leadership by producing clear, visually engaging presentations and marketing content. The ideal candidate will translate strategic information into professional, on-brand materials while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, edit, and enhance PowerPoint decks for the CEO and senior leadership team
- Convert complex business concepts and data into compelling visual stories
- Maintain brand consistency across all presentation and marketing assets
- Support the development of promotional materials, campaign content, and branding elements
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across global teams in Asia, Europe, India, Canada, and the U.S.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to deliver marketing projects
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
- Ensure marketing activities align with company objectives and strategic direction
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. One to five years of experience in marketing or communications is preferred, though strong recent graduates with a portfolio showcasing advanced PowerPoint and design skills may be considered.
- Proven expertise in creating polished, professional presentations using PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and formatting
- Ability to work effectively with executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Reliable judgment and the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Understanding of visual design principles and brand standards
- Experience supporting senior management or executive teams
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based at the Santa Ana headquarters, offering flexibility between remote and on-site work. The position requires occasional coordination across global time zones.

Compensation
Salary range: $64,462 – $107,437. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses and shift differentials based on assignment.
