Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain product listings, including ongoing detail page updates
  • Identify and resolve listing-related issues on Amazon accounts in a timely manner
  • Review and provide strategic feedback on visual assets and content to enhance effectiveness
  • Design and implement marketing strategies across Amazon.com and Amazon.ca
  • Oversee and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads and AMS campaigns based on performance goals
  • Work with media partners to plan and launch DSP campaigns that increase visibility for key products
  • Support major seasonal promotions through coordinated on- and off-platform marketing efforts
  • Administer MDF budgets and manage accrual programs accurately
  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product divisions
  • Foster collaborative relationships with external brand partners
  • Handle daily operational tasks including claim submissions, report monitoring, POP tracking, and progress updates
  • Deliver performance insights, trends, and actionable learnings to stakeholders
