Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in project management within brand marketing, PR, or communications.
- Strong understanding of public relations, analyst relations, and awards processes.
- Experience managing agencies and external partners.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with flawless execution.
- Strong writing and editing skills to support PR and awards submissions.
- Relationship builder with media, analysts, and internal teams.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
Nice to Have
- Strong writing and editing skills are considered a plus.
- Experience using AI and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or AI agents to improve workflow efficiency

Additional Information
- We are currently not accepting applicants from British Columbia for this position.
- This is a temporary position (18 months).
- The offered salary range is 70,000 - 115,000 CAD annually, depending on experience and location.
