GoodParty.org was looking for a Marketing Operations Manager

GoodParty.org is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to ensure our marketing campaigns are data-driven, scalable, and optimized for growth. You'll own our marketing systems, automation, and data infrastructure, reporting to the Director of Growth. We are a Public Benefit Corporation focused on fixing democracy, and you'll join a passionate team with diverse views united by our mission.

What You'll Do

  • Elevate marketing reporting by building top-tier systems to track campaign performance and funnel health.
  • Manage and maintain the HubSpot instance as the primary owner of marketing automation and data requests.
  • Configure events in HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and other platforms for granular, accurate reporting.
  • Analyze funnel performance to identify growth opportunities and user friction points.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to establish and maintain reliable company-wide data pipelines.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau for real-time visibility into marketing and sales performance.
  • Develop predictive lead scoring, qualification logic, and conditional list building.
  • Create and segment audiences for paid campaigns and direct outreach.
  • Continuously test and refine processes to improve scalability and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or revenue operations.
  • Expert in HubSpot with experience managing marketing automation tools.
  • Deep understanding of the most useful AI tools and a proven track record of leveraging them.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data.
  • Experience with lead scoring and attribution modeling.
  • Experience building dashboards with business intelligence tools (Tableau preferred, Power BI, Looker).
  • Strong attention to detail when building marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work cross-functionally.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with large datasets and advanced statistical analysis.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience studying, working, or volunteering in politics, civics, or democracy reform.

You'll join a fast, results-driven team, reporting directly to the Director of Growth.

  • Compensation: $110,000 to $140,000
