Optro is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical lead for the marketing technology ecosystem, including Marketo and integrated platforms such as webinar, ABM, enrichment, and email tools, ensuring configuration, maintenance, and optimization while identifying new solutions as needed.
  • Manage core marketing operations including lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, nurture workflows, and campaign logic, identifying inefficiencies and implementing modular, scalable improvements.
  • Independently troubleshoot integration issues across systems, including sync failures, routing errors, field mapping discrepancies, and connectivity problems between event platforms and other tools.
  • Oversee email channel operations, including audience segmentation, personalization, dynamic content delivery, send frequency governance, and conflict resolution to maintain deliverability at scale.
  • Establish and maintain UTM tracking standards, campaign taxonomies, and attribution frameworks to ensure accurate performance measurement and accessible reporting data.
  • Ensure data integrity through defined hygiene protocols, deduplication, normalization, enrichment, and record purging to support reliable funnel progression.
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation and standards for marketing systems and workflows, ensuring knowledge sharing and consistency as processes evolve.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Events, and Sales teams to align system capabilities with business goals, managing intake and prioritization of operational requests.
  • Lead and guide external execution partners by setting technical specifications, quality benchmarks, and best practices, while supporting team development as the organization scales.
  • Champion AI-driven automation by identifying opportunities to enhance lead scoring, audience segmentation, quality assurance, and routine tasks, with appropriate governance controls.
