About the Role
The Marketing Operations Coordinator ensures smooth execution of marketing initiatives by managing data workflows, maintaining systems, and supporting campaign logistics across digital and print channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage marketing databases and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Support campaign setup and tracking in internal systems
- Coordinate logistics for marketing material distribution
- Generate performance reports using CRM and analytics tools
- Assist in the maintenance of marketing technology stack
- Track campaign budgets and reconcile expenses
- Schedule and organize marketing team meetings and agendas
- Maintain documentation for marketing processes and workflows
- Monitor email campaign deliverability and engagement metrics
- Troubleshoot technical issues with marketing platforms
- Facilitate onboarding for new marketing tools
- Coordinate approvals for marketing assets
- Update and manage digital asset repositories
- Assist in lead tracking and segmentation processes
- Monitor compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines
- Provide administrative support for marketing events
- Track marketing inventory levels and reorder supplies
- Support A/B testing initiatives for email and landing pages
- Ensure timely deployment of campaign elements
- Collaborate with external vendors on production timelines
- Standardize reporting templates across teams
- Audit marketing data for accuracy and completeness
- Escalate system issues to IT or vendor support
- Maintain calendars for campaign launches and deadlines
- Assist in post-campaign performance analysis
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing
- Certification in digital marketing or operations
- Advanced Excel or data visualization skills
- Experience with Salesforce Pardot
- Knowledge of FDA advertising guidelines
