Shape a growing brand through purposeful design
As Marketing Designer, you’ll play a central role in defining how we show up visually—internally and externally. You’ll work hand-in-hand with marketing, sales, product, and talent teams to create assets that clearly communicate who we are and what we offer. Every visual decision you make will support our mission to be brave, bold, and sophisticated in tone and execution.
What You’ll Do
- Design videos, animations, infographics, and digital content that clarify complex ideas and elevate brand presence
- Lead updates to our visual identity and ensure changes are applied consistently across platforms and materials
- Build and maintain a living library of reusable design assets to support scalability
- Translate existing brand elements into a generative design system that adapts across use cases
- Collaborate with an external design partner—directing work and managing deliverables
- Keep digital properties aligned with current brand and product developments
What We’re Looking For
- A communication-first approach: clarity matters more than decoration
- Adaptability across media types and tools, with a willingness to learn quickly
- Experience picking up new software independently, often through self-directed learning
- An eye for strategic humour that enhances, not distracts from, the message
- Familiarity with advertising principles is a plus
