Responsibilities
- Review and improve AI-generated content related to marketing automation, campaign management, and digital marketing strategies
- Evaluate outputs for best practices in audience targeting, lead nurturing, and workflow automation
- Draft realistic scenarios and use cases around email automation, CRM integration, campaign analytics, and personalization
- Assess AI reasoning in tasks such as setting up automation flows, managing data segmentation, and optimizing marketing funnels
- Identify gaps, misalignments, or inaccuracies in AI-generated marketing content or processes
- Create alternative scenarios from the perspectives of marketing managers, automation specialists, and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Based in the EU or UK
- With several years of experience implementing and managing marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or equivalents)
- Available for 8 to 20 hours per week and able to start soon
- Comfortable in a remote, freelance, and independent role

- An experienced marketing automation specialist, campaign manager, or digital marketing professional
- Skilled in campaign strategy, workflow building, audience segmentation, and analytics
- Confident identifying best practices, technical flaws, or strategic missteps in marketing processes
