Scale Army is hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to create, optimize, and implement digital funnels that drive growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about funnel strategy and execution, aiming to deliver scalable results for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement high-converting funnels on ClickFunnels, GHL, and HubSpot, with a focus on Tripwire funnels.
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and adjust strategies.
- Create wireframes for funnels that ensure an intuitive, seamless, and conversion-driven user experience.
- Develop funnel strategies aligned with business goals to increase sales, leads, and engagement.
- Work directly with development teams to implement and test funnel systems.
- Collaborate with marketing teams and stakeholders to align funnels with overarching campaigns.
- Track and analyze funnel performance, producing reports to assess success and identify improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in funnel building, strategy, and optimization.
- Proficiency in ClickFunnels, GHL, HubSpot, or similar funnel-building platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing tools.
- Experience in wireframing and developing user-centric, high-converting funnel layouts.
- Strong understanding of funnel analytics and metrics to improve conversion rates.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve funnel challenges.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and how funnels integrate with larger strategies.
Nice to Have
- Experience with additional funnel tools like Kajabi, ActiveCampaign, or LeadPages.
- Familiarity with e-commerce funnels, especially Tripwire or low-ticket offers.
- Knowledge of landing page and conversion rate optimization strategies.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for funnel customization.
