Thrivecart is hiring a Marketing Analyst (Marketing & Customer Analytics)

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate marketing effectiveness across paid media, affiliate programs, email, partnerships, content, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on critical marketing metrics such as customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, conversion rates, funnel efficiency, and campaign profitability.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports to track marketing trends and performance over time.
  • Examine customer lifecycle metrics including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, churn, and re-engagement.
  • Categorize customers by behavioral patterns, lifecycle phase, product usage, and revenue contribution.
  • Discover ways to enhance onboarding experiences, lifecycle communications, and overall customer lifetime value.
  • Assess complete customer pathways from initial contact through conversion and repeat interactions.
  • Pinpoint stages of attrition and opportunities for conversion improvement in landing pages, checkout sequences, and post-purchase flows.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze A/B tests and other experimentation initiatives.
  • Transform analytical findings into clear, practical recommendations for non-technical audiences.
  • Deliver concise, business-focused presentations of insights and strategies to marketing leadership.
  • Contribute to strategic planning with data-backed forecasts and trend evaluations.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools, business intelligence platforms, and data systems such as GA4, CRM databases, attribution models, and advertising platforms.
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness in marketing data and reporting systems.
  • Coordinate with data, product, and engineering teams to enhance data integrity and tracking infrastructure.
