Responsibilities
- Build and sustain strong relationships with independent brand partners, especially top performers and leadership group members.
- Identify rising leaders and support their growth through regular check-ins, guidance, and updates on company developments.
- Design and manage an annual training plan tailored to brand partners at various experience levels, including scheduling, on-site delivery, and coaching.
- Create and implement recognition initiatives that celebrate achievements, from small acknowledgments to large-scale events and international trips.
- Collaborate with Marketing to host events such as roadshows, product launches, and open houses to expand brand partner outreach.
- Deliver accurate and timely insights on market trends and competitive activity to leadership.
- Develop annual budgets for training and recognition programs, track spending, and contribute to sales and promotional forecasts.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and share findings and improvements with management.
- Record all sales-related activities with the goal of increasing active brand partnerships.
- Analyze sales performance across regions and downlines, producing detailed reports on brand partner group results.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of direct reports.
- Serve as a key contributor to the management team’s strategic planning and execution.
- Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive business and partner information.
- Track and reconcile team budgets in compliance with corporate financial policies.
- Resolve complaints from brand partners related to promotions and other sales concerns.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational processes for market development activities.
- Promote open and effective communication between staff and brand partners.
- Travel as needed, including weekends and evenings, for company and associate events both domestically and abroad.
- Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
