Responsibilities
- Manage dealer networks across the Middle East and Africa regions.
- Collaborate with dealers to define, rank, and implement initiatives aligned with annual growth goals for used MaK parts and engines in the aftermarket.
- Engage customers regularly to assess aftermarket requirements and present available MaK used parts, engines, and related service solutions.
- Partner with internal sales support functions to identify and advance regional strategies that drive growth in MaK used engine and parts sales.
- Boost dealer part and service sales via eCommerce platforms to access niche, long-tail customer segments.
- Design and implement strategic account plans for major customer accounts.
- Enhance engagement levels with both dealers and customers regarding MaK used parts and engines.
- Deliver actionable insights to internal departments based on customer aftermarket demands to improve support and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Prepare customized quotes for non-standard, tailored solutions outside standard product lines.
- Offer technical expertise on specific projects and coordinate with engineering teams for implementation support.
