TE Connectivity was looking for a Manufacturing & Process Technician

TE Connectivity is seeking a Manufacturing & Process Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support the design, planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of new high-speed cable manufacturing projects. You'll be a hands-on contributor to production line debugging, pilot prototype construction, and process validation.

What You'll Do

  • Support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for new cable assemblies.
  • Assist in equipment installation, tooling verification, and line debugging during NPI (New Product Introduction) startup phases.
  • Execute pilot runs and collect process data for analysis and improvement.
  • Document process parameters, work instructions, and lessons learned.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance with quality standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Technical degree or a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • More than 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in cable assembly or electronics.
  • Knowledge in process validation, tooling design, and production startup.
  • Experience supporting test runs and sample builds.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Experience with pilot builds, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English.
