Role Overview
As Managing Attorney, you will lead the day-to-day functions of the Everett office, ensuring both legal excellence and operational efficiency. You’ll supervise and support legal professionals, foster team development, and manage a diverse caseload in family law, including client consultations, court representation, settlement negotiations, and document preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, workflow, and financial performance
- Mentor and train attorneys and support staff to promote professional growth
- Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with firm leaders to align departmental goals and improve service delivery
- Advise clients on family law matters and represent them in legal proceedings
- Prepare legal filings, negotiate settlements, and ensure high-quality client service
Qualifications
You are an experienced attorney with a strong commitment to compassionate client service. You thrive in leadership roles and are capable of fulfilling all job duties with or without reasonable accommodations. Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a salary range of $200,000 to $287,000, plus a $25,000 signing bonus and relocation support. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, HSA and FSA options, short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and pet insurance. Voluntary plans are also available for added protection.
Professional development is supported through ongoing learning opportunities. The firm operates on a remote-first model, with in-person access to office space as needed for court or client meetings. After six months, you may qualify to work from any location.
