Responsibilities
- Plan and implement initiatives related to market access, such as evaluating payer environments, analyzing formulary coverage, identifying barriers to patient access, modeling contracting strategies, and managing contract execution.
- Gather, process, and unify time-series data from sources like medical claims, patient support programs, and formulary listings using SQL and programming tools such as Python or SAS.
- Use real-world data to measure patient pathways and treatment patterns with a focus on understanding access challenges.
- Serve as a specialist in Market Access, providing guidance and training to junior team members including Associates and Associate Consultants.
- Work closely with internal leaders and client stakeholders to establish project goals, expected outputs, and schedules.
- Communicate data-driven insights and strategic recommendations through well-structured presentation materials.
- Build dynamic dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to help stakeholders interpret findings and make informed decisions.
