Responsibilities
- Lead a team of site reliability engineers responsible for maintaining and scaling critical components of the identity-as-a-service platform.
- Advance microservices adoption, DevOps practices, and system reliability in collaboration with technical architects and cross-functional teams.
- Increase engineering efficiency by building scalable tools, self-service platforms, and automated recovery solutions.
- Supervise, coach, and develop engineers and managers across infrastructure, platform, and shared services functions.
- Evaluate technical designs and oversee project execution within defined timelines, budgets, and resource limits.
- Enhance software development lifecycle practices for cloud infrastructure managed as code, including CI/CD, change control, and release workflows.
- Align service delivery with business objectives by managing expectations and directing resource distribution.
- Stay current with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and leading practices in reliability and systems engineering.
