Deel is hiring a Manager, SDR, ENT | France

Lead and shape the future of sales development by managing a team of Sales Development Representatives focused on building a strong, qualified pipeline. You'll design and refine outbound and inbound strategies, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing to drive measurable revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor SDRs, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and engagement.
  • Define performance goals tied to pipeline generation, conversion rates, and meeting commitments.
  • Develop and scale repeatable sales playbooks, cadences, and processes for consistent prospecting success.
  • Track team performance and pipeline health, using data insights to guide improvements and strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align messaging and streamline lead transitions.
  • Deliver regular coaching, feedback, and training through 1:1s, call reviews, and role-playing exercises.
  • Optimize workflows to enhance productivity, efficiency, and long-term scalability.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline, and performance metrics in CRM and engagement platforms.
  • Support career progression and succession planning for team members.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 3 years in sales or sales leadership, preferably managing SDR/BDR teams in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling effective sales development functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Experience designing prospecting frameworks and managing cadence execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Self-driven and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Fluency in both English and French is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or HubSpot is a plus.

Work Environment
