About the Role
This role is responsible for leading a team of professionals who deliver implementation, configuration, and support services to clients. The manager ensures projects are completed efficiently, mentors team members, collaborates with cross-functional groups, and contributes to continuous improvement of service delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team providing professional client services
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery timelines
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective service coordination

- Collaborate with sales and technical teams during client onboarding
- Monitor project progress and adjust resources as needed
- Identify and implement process improvements for service delivery
- Manage client expectations and communication throughout project lifecycle
- Serve as escalation point for complex implementation issues
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
- Coordinate resource allocation across multiple projects
- Support the development of project documentation and deliverables
- Drive consistency in service delivery methodologies
- Promote a culture of accountability and continuous learning
- Work closely with product teams to relay client feedback
- Assist in defining service level agreements and success metrics
- Conduct performance evaluations and career development discussions
- Manage change control processes for project scope adjustments
- Foster strong internal collaboration across departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Participate in strategic planning for service offerings
- Support training initiatives for new team members
- Contribute to client retention through high-quality delivery
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and trends
