Responsibilities
- Support the design, planning, and implementation of data and analytics initiatives for commercial life sciences organizations.
- Oversee patient analytics projects from execution to innovation, using new datasets to solve disease-specific commercial challenges.
- Serve as a specialist in patient-focused solutions, delivering strategic insights and pioneering new approaches.
- Lead patient solution initiatives with cross-functional global teams.
- Convert client business objectives into defined project tasks and solutions for team delivery.
- Manage all phases of project delivery including scoping, solution development, execution, and client communication.
- Collaborate with US-based engagement leads, senior experts, and international consultants to produce high-quality, structured, and impactful outputs.
- Define project priorities, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure analytical rigor and methodological soundness across all project work.
- Co-manage client relationships with engagement leads, delivering results independently while aligning with client and internal plans.
- Address complex commercial challenges related to patient solutions.
- Apply advanced analytical methods to explore insights in emerging and underdeveloped areas.
- Apply structured, analytical thinking to dissect problems, interpret data, and formulate effective solutions.
- Contribute to organizational growth by building new capabilities and standardizing patient solution frameworks.
- Create and maintain a centralized knowledge base for patient solution methodologies.
- Design training materials and templates to enhance consultant expertise.
- Assist in business development through proposal creation, case study development, and capability demonstrations.
- Coach and mentor team members on analytical techniques, data sources, and commercial applications.
- Guide junior staff through structured training and on-the-job support to strengthen project contributions.
- Inspire and lead teams to excel, fostering professional growth toward future leadership roles.
Work Arrangement
Remote (Worldwide) — Evanston, Illinois, global offices

- Must be able to operate effectively in an international matrix environment and work with US clients in US working hours (3-4 hours of overlap)
- Open to travel to US global offices and client-site based on client project requirement (10%-20%)
