Ramp is hiring a Manager, Partner Success Strategy & Operations

About the Role

The individual will lead strategic initiatives to improve the scalability and effectiveness of the partner success function. This includes developing operational frameworks, guiding data-driven decision-making, and aligning cross-functional teams to enhance partner outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of operational strategies to support partner success at scale
  • Design and implement performance metrics to track partner health and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and execution
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements
  • Drive strategic planning for partner-facing operations
  • Analyze data to uncover trends and inform business decisions
  • Manage key performance indicators and reporting frameworks
  • Support the scaling of onboarding and ongoing partner management workflows
  • Partner with leadership to define long-term operational goals
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools for leadership review
  • Coordinate initiatives across sales, customer success, and product teams
  • Evaluate partner lifecycle stages and optimize touchpoints
  • Lead special projects tied to operational excellence
  • Ensure alignment between strategy and execution across teams
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Implement scalable systems to support growing partner demands
  • Monitor operational KPIs and recommend corrective actions
  • Guide resource allocation based on strategic priorities
  • Support change management during process transitions
  • Maintain documentation of operational procedures and best practices
  • Drive adoption of new tools and platforms across teams
  • Assess risks and dependencies in operational workflows
  • Contribute to long-range planning cycles
  • Work closely with finance on budgeting and forecasting inputs
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
