About the Role
This position involves overseeing the full lifecycle of technical projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, manage development efforts, and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical initiatives while ensuring alignment with time, scope, and financial constraints.
- Act as primary liaison for stakeholders, contributing directly to project outcomes and organizational alignment.
- Analyze and document detailed business needs, conduct process discovery, create project plans, use data for decision-making, design testing strategies, oversee quality assurance, and help develop training resources.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, coordinate with internal and external IT teams for software development, write detailed user stories, and manage workflows using JIRA as the central project tracking tool.
- Partner with senior leaders in Revenue and Finance on cross-functional projects involving LMS/Rippe, Data Analytics, Aderant, Power BI, third-party vendors, system integrations, and related initiatives.
- Assist BSI team members with time-off scheduling, system access, training coordination, hardware support, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Manage competing priorities effectively within a fast-moving, evolving legal services environment to meet stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the planning, management, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders and will be instrumental in driving project success.
- Interpret and document detailed business requirements, lead thorough business process discovery, formulate, and manage project plans, utilize data to make informed decisions, develop testing plans, lead quality assurance testing, and assist with the creation of training materials.
- Lead requirements’ gathering sessions, collaborate with internal and external IT resources for application development needs, develop detailed user stories, manage projects with JIRA software, as their central application for all team and task management.
- Collaborate with the firm's internal Revenue and Finance departments' leadership on all BSI cross-functional projects involving LMS/Rippe, Data Analytics & reporting, Aderant, Power BI, third party vendors, new software Integrations, and other initiatives.
- Support BSI Department staff PTO scheduling, system access, training sessions, hardware and/or connectivity issues, and other matters.
- Balance priorities while successfully managing expectations in the Firm's fast-paced, ever-evolving legal environment.
