About the Role
Drive Callstack’s revenue growth by winning high-value clients and building a strong, predictable new business organization. This role combines direct business development and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team toward a 20% YoY revenue growth target and around 30M+ PLN in annual New Business revenue
- Build and manage your own pipeline, owning and closing strategic, high-value deals
- Lead complex sales processes, including pricing strategy, contract negotiations, commercial deal structuring, and proposal quality
- Lead, train, and coach a team of 4+ BDMs and SDRs. Set performance expectations, execute delivery, run deal reviews, and provide support during key calls
- Coordinate outbound activities across the New Business Team and ensure pipeline quality, accuracy, and predictability
- Implement the Challenger Sales methodology across the team to strengthen our consultative sales approach
- Translate the sales plan into clear tasks, owners, timelines, and priorities
- Manage sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Identify and remove bottlenecks in the sales process to improve win rates and deal quality
- Coordinate the creation of high-quality, reusable sales materials and unified documentation for the team
- Partner with Marketing on lead generation initiatives, including events, webinars, conferences, and targeted campaigns
Requirements
- At least 8+ years of proven success in B2B enterprise services, preferably within the IT or software development sector, with 3+ years leading b2b services Sales Teams
- Experience managing a sales team, ideally in a global, US-focused, or distributed environment
- Experience scaling teams and managing the full management cycle: hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, and development planning
- Proven track record in closing high-value B2B deals (1M + PLN)
- A strong professional network and the ability to open doors with senior business stakeholders
- A delivery-focused leadership style based on ownership, progress monitoring, resource planning, and clear follow-through
- Excellent command of English, C1 or higher, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and represent Callstack globally
- Familiarity with modern sales frameworks, such as Challenger Sale, and the ability to build these habits across a team
- Strong commercial judgment in pricing, negotiations, proposal quality, and deal qualification
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally
