Responsibilities
- Deliver Sell-in and Sell-out targets for the assigned retailers, thinking volume first while protecting brand equity.
- Builds 3 year Brand commercial and budget plans & develops GTM strategy to achieve brand objectives.
- Leads plan to achieve brand sales and profitability goals while monitoring stock levels with retailers & SISO reporting.
- Creates & agrees triple-win JBP with key retailers with clear KPIs and regularly monitors performance and course corrects where necessary.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with strategic key accounts
- Ensure flawless execution of brand vision in Retailers across all touchpoints.
- Builds strong partnerships with International Team counterparts [EMEA,UK] to exchange ideas, best practice and collaborate on common projects.
- Develops & negotiates 360 COOP Marketing plans to launch Innovation/brand campaigns across all elements of the mix (B&M, Online visibility, Social visibility).
- Lead regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and explore potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Track key sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, MOB, and productivity
- Analyse Sales performance to define growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills and data visualization techniques to create visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards.
Requirements
- Min 7+ years relevant experience in commercial roles.
- Available for international trips.
- Proven experience in leading brand strategy and execution with Key Retailers in the Nordics region.
- A natural storyteller with enhanced persuasive selling skills & an adept negotiator with proven examples of success.
- Strong analytical acumen and business development skills.
- Experience across channels with established network of contacts in the Nordics Region.
- Experience of utilizing commercial levers of luxury beauty to drive business performance
- Strong analytical skills and experience using consumer, brand and marketing data metrics to inform strategy.
- Innovator with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to network and influence senior stakeholders and clearly communicate recommendations concisely & persuasively.
