Responsibilities
- Develop strong partnerships with business and people leaders to serve as a credible, strategic HR advisor
- Offer expert guidance on workforce planning to support leadership decision-making
- Lead communication and change management efforts for business initiatives, supporting leaders at all levels
- Analyze market and business trends to inform organizational and talent strategies
- Assist in shaping organizational structures and operational models, assessing talent implications
- Use people analytics to detect risks, recommend actions, and strengthen culture and team performance
- Support the rollout of HR programs across assigned client groups
- Collaborate on setting engagement targets and designing action plans to improve employee experience
- Partner with leaders to build positive team cultures and improve performance outcomes
- Deliver coaching and employee relations support grounded in employment law and best practices
- Collaborate on high-risk or complex written communications across teams
- Work with Centers of Excellence to design and deliver tailored talent solutions, including development, succession, and training
- Support end-to-end staffing processes, including hiring, onboarding, and orientation
- Identify talent gaps and collaborate on strategies to address business impacts
- Ensure accurate and timely HR recordkeeping in UKG as part of foundational process support
- Apply continuous improvement principles to resolve issues and embed scalable, sustainable solutions
- Gather and interpret HR data from Centers of Excellence for client group relevance
- Communicate and implement HR programs such as annual cycles, policy updates, and succession planning
- Serve as a subject matter expert when collaborating with Centers of Excellence on HR process and policy development
