Responsibilities
- Support the Global Director in developing and executing global influencer marketing and communications strategies to achieve brand objectives across key markets.
- Assist in building 360° go-to-market and campaign presentations, coordinating across internal teams and external agency partners.
- Conduct ongoing market research, applying insights to campaign planning, influencer briefs, reporting, and relevant materials.
- Partner cross-functionally with brand, creative, social, PR, DTC e-commerce, and retail partner teams to develop integrated, platform-specific influencer strategies.
- Build and maintain authentic, long-term relationships with influencers, creators, talent agencies, and management companies across all tiers — nano, micro, macro, and celebrity.
- Manage and maintain a talent contact database, tagging and categorizing at the campaign and initiative level.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date tastemaker lists, influencer database/directory, meeting agendas, and reports.
- Support the development of brand partnership pitch documents and interview preparation materials when needed.
- Manage end-to-end execution of paid influencer partnerships — from discovery, to analyzing backend insights, initial outreach, contract negotiations, briefing, content review, approval, and live monitoring adhering to timelines.
- Collaborate with internal legal and finance teams to ensure timely contracting and compliant payment workflows.
- Track deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity windows, and FTC disclosure compliance across all paid programs.
- Disseminate content, ad codes, usage terms, as needed to cross-collaborate with global and regional teams.
- Develop and execute earned influencer programs including product seeding, gifting moments, and organic advocacy initiatives.
- Identify and nurture an emerging tier of brand advocates and community superfans who organically amplify the brand.
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with internal brand teams, global and regional partners, and external agencies to create and adapt communication assets for global distribution.
- Manage the sample request process in partnership with cross-functional teams, coordinating fulfillment of all incoming sample inquiries from influencers and media outlets.
- Maintain and monitor tracking documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all sample seedings and gifting initiatives.
- Support the analysis and reporting of quantitative data to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer outreach initiatives and consumer engagement levels.
- Compile and present regular performance reports with insights, trends, and recommendations for optimization.
- Track and report on key performance indicators including EMV, reach, impressions, engagement rate, and conversion metrics.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, creator economy trends, and competitive brand activations to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, talent management, paid partnerships, and earned community building.
- Deep familiarity with the influencer marketing landscape, creator economy, and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with influencer management and analytics platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Traackr, Tribe Dynamics, GRIN, Brandwatch, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey brand messaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build authentic relationships with creators, talent agencies, and brand partners.
- Experience supporting the full campaign lifecycle: brief development, talent negotiation, content review, go-live, and reporting.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is a plus.
