Responsibilities
- Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts; provide actionable insights.
- Partner with business units to understand drivers of financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely MIS reports for management and stakeholders.
- Consolidate financial data across departments and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
- Automate and streamline reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collection and validation.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and presentations for senior management.
Requirements
- CA/CMA/MBA in Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
- 5–10 years of experience in FP&A, MIS reporting, or related roles.
Nice to Have
- Experience in [industry, e.g., service sector, FMCG, IT] preferred.
- knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
