Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Developer Success professionals across the EMEA region
- Coach team members on technical customer engagement and performance
- Develop strategies to improve developer adoption and platform integration
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback
- Identify common challenges faced by developer teams and propose solutions
- Drive operational efficiency within the Developer Success function
- Manage team goals, performance reviews, and career development plans
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical or relationship issues
- Foster strong cross-functional alignment with sales, support, and marketing
- Represent the team in regional planning and leadership meetings
- Monitor key success metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer experiences
- Guide teams in proactive outreach to high-potential developer organizations
- Support onboarding and training for new team members
- Promote best practices in technical account management
- Advocate for developer needs internally
- Build relationships with technical leaders at key accounts
- Coordinate regional initiatives aligned with global objectives
- Stay current on developer trends and emerging technologies
- Encourage knowledge sharing across the global Developer Success network
- Use data to inform team priorities and resource allocation
- Lead by example in communication and technical empathy
- Ensure documentation standards are maintained across the team
- Support crisis resolution with major developer partners
- Drive continuous improvement in customer health and retention
Nice to Have
- Prior experience as a developer or in technical support roles
- Background in computer science or a related technical field
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Understanding of open-source communities and culture
- Experience working in EMEA time zones
- Additional language proficiency in French, German, or Spanish
