Responsibilities
- Lead team members in daily operations, process optimization, and the rollout of new deliverables in response to client needs.
- Develop and review proposals to ensure strong methodology and deliver client services that meet quality standards on time and within budget.
- Assist in project execution as required to support successful delivery outcomes.
- Design and implement advanced improvements to reporting systems, digital tools, and data workflows.
- Act as a specialist on industry trends and advanced analytics methods in life sciences.
- Supervise data processing and analytics teams responsible for producing numerous detailed reports, dashboards, alerts, and performance scorecards.
- Apply programming skills regularly to streamline data handling, analysis, and report generation.
- Manage and expand client relationships, serving as the primary liaison between clients and the firm.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to introduce new services, refine best practices, or launch new practice areas.
- Track project progress, assess risks, and keep stakeholders informed while managing financial aspects such as budgets, statements of work, and invoicing.
- Lead, inspire, and develop global, cross-functional teams through training and mentorship.
