1Password is looking for a Manager, Customer Success (Enterprise) to build and lead a team serving our largest customers. You'll coach and develop team members to achieve goals tied to growth, revenue retention, and customer satisfaction for organizations with 3,000+ employees. This is a remote opportunity within Canada or the US.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on team performance, identifying opportunities for proactive engagement and improvement.
  • Lead collaborative team meetings to foster alignment, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.
  • Provide individualized coaching and guidance through 1:1s and performance discussions to help team members achieve targets and career goals.
  • Manage daily operations, including goal setting, task allocation, and performance management.
  • Execute on team and department priorities aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Develop, retain, and motivate a high-performing team, including recruiting, onboarding, and providing ongoing support.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in the security or technical SaaS industry, managing upmarket customers to drive adoption, retention, and growth.
  • At least 2+ years of demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience working with Enterprise B2B customers.
  • Adept at managing internal projects, resolving escalations, and balancing team, customer, and company needs.
  • Skilled at partnering with internal teams to align on goals and solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to positively influence others.
  • Quick to adapt to new environments, independently learn tools and processes, and tackle challenges.
  • Experienced with Salesforce, Gainsight, and other Customer Success tools.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with 1Password or other password managers.

You'll lead a segment of the Enterprise Customer Success team focusing on organizations with 3,000+ employees and report to a Director.

  • Compensation: Between $123,000 USD and $167,000 USD (USA-based) or between $115,000 CAD and $155,000 CAD (Canada-based) plus an equity grant.
