Responsibilities
- Leads the creation, execution, and management of global compensation programs, ensuring they are fair, competitive, compliant, and adaptable to growth.
- Provides strategic guidance and day-to-day management of pay frameworks, policies, and procedures, collaborating with HR, leadership, and Finance to support business goals.
- Manages benchmarking studies and the development of salary structures and job grading systems.
- Directs organization-wide compensation initiatives, leads project execution, oversees third-party vendors, and delivers analytical reports to inform leadership decisions.
- Supervises programs related to global workforce mobility, including immigration support and relocation for domestic and international assignments, ensuring alignment with company strategy and regulatory compliance.
