Responsibilities
- Discover and define high-impact transformation opportunities by evaluating scale and strategic fit
- Independently analyze root causes of business challenges and guide focus toward highest-value initiatives
- Develop comprehensive business cases that link transformation efforts to measurable financial outcomes, risk profiles, implementation sequence, and growth versus profitability tradeoffs
- Create internal processes and policies that align diverse stakeholder needs across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Risk functions
- Influence senior leadership through compelling presentations to secure funding and resources for transformation programs
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of transformation initiatives, with ownership for achieving sustainable results, not just project milestones
- Proactively detect, escalate, and resolve obstacles and risks, making autonomous decisions to maintain momentum
- Mentor junior team members in analytical frameworks, transformation methodologies, and navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Deliver clear, confident progress reports to executives, including risks and key decisions, with influence on strategic direction
- Foster strong partnerships with senior leaders and functional teams in Product & Technology, Go-To-Market, Operations, Finance, and People
- Manage conflicting priorities and organizational dynamics by building consensus, resolving disagreements, and enabling successful change
