Responsibilities
- Identify, frame, and size transformation opportunities. Independently diagnosing root causes, assessing strategic relevance, and determining where the organization should invest its energy
- Build rigorous, compelling business cases that connect transformation opportunities to business value — covering financial impact, risk, sequencing, and the tradeoffs between growth and profitability
- Design internal processes and policies that balance the needs of multiple stakeholder groups, including Finance, Sales, Operations, and Risk, to arrive at solutions that are workable across the organization
- Present to and influence senior leadership, securing commitment and resource allocation to fund and execute transformation initiatives
- Own the end-to-end delivery of transformation programs, maintaining accountability for outcomes — not just activity — from kick-off through sustained results
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve risks and blockers — making sound judgment calls independently and keeping programs moving
- Coach and support more junior team members on business transformation practices, analytical thinking, and stakeholder navigation — without direct management responsibility
- Provide senior leaders with clear, confident updates on program progress, risks, and decisions — with the credibility to influence direction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and functional partners across Product & Technology, Go-To-Market, Operations, Finance, and People teams
- Navigate competing priorities and organizational tensions. Building consensus, resolving conflict, and creating the conditions for transformation to succeed
Requirements
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end with full ownership of outcomes
- Experience working at the intersection of growth and profitability. Understanding the tradeoffs between scaling the business and financial discipline, and translating that tension into clear strategic recommendations
- Demonstrated success designing internal processes and policies that balance the needs of multiple stakeholder groups, resulting in solutions that are durable and broadly adopted
- Track record of driving tangible business outcomes, you measure success by impact, not by deliverables produced
- Strong executive presence and communication skills. Able to distill complex situations into clear, confident recommendations for senior audiences
- Highly self-directed, comfortable setting your own agenda, identifying where to focus, and operating with minimal direction from leadership
Nice to Have
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior colleagues, sharing knowledge and helping others develop their skills
