Rockbot is hiring a Manager, Advertising & Supply Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead yield strategy and fill rate analysis across advertising inventory, aligning campaign performance, CPM outcomes, and partner objectives.
• Track impression delivery, pacing, and budget usage for both programmatic and direct-sold campaigns.
• Pinpoint opportunities to enhance supply efficiency, providing vertical-specific, geographic, and seasonal insights to sales teams.
• Predict new revenue potential by analyzing supply-side data, with emphasis on venue-level and industry segment expansion.
• Design and manage dashboards and reporting frameworks that highlight revenue trends, irregularities, and growth prospects using AI-powered tools.
• Utilize large language models and generative AI to automate data synthesis and accelerate identification of actionable business insights.
• Implement AI-based methods for pricing and yield modeling to proactively respond to shifts in market demand.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to assess ad delivery logic, targeting accuracy, and serving efficiency.
• Review and improve transparency and compliance files such as ads.txt, sellers.json, and s-chain to maintain monetization standards.
• Assist in shaping pricing models, product packaging, and revenue forecasts for upcoming ad offerings and launches.
• Detect operational inefficiencies and deploy process enhancements, including AI-driven automation, to scale yield performance.
• Coordinate with commercial and technical stakeholders to align ad execution with overarching business objectives.
