Requirements
- Experience performing electromechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of high-speed automated industrial machinery
- Effectively diagnose mechanical, electrical, network, and computer hardware/software in assigned area
- Make timely and accurate repairs, as necessary, during production
- Utilize illustrated parts breakdown manuals and operational manuals in the repair, modification and maintenance of equipment
- Inspect machinery for potential problems on a daily basis
- Documents problems and schedules work/repairs as appropriate
- Respond to all assigned maintenance work orders in a timely manner
- Responsible for performing preventive maintenance (PM) activities in accordance with the preventive maintenance plan
- These activities will be recorded using proper PM sheets
- Perform inventory control of parts and equipment used from inventory
- Inform Supervisor of parts and equipment used from inventory
- Record maintenance activities using the proper computer application or paperwork
- Provide training and coaching to new maintenance technicians and inspects their work
- Perform housekeeping duties required of maintenance staff including work area clean-up, machine and equipment clean-up, sweeping up after clean-up and various other general housekeeping duties as assigned
- Respond in a timely manner to all maintenance requests on the production floor
- Train production technicians in the proper set-up and copy troubleshooting techniques
- Provide training and assistance to production technicians as needed to help maximize production output and minimize downtime through the utilization of proper production techniques and handling practices

Additional Information
- Shift Differential of $1.25 per hour
- Shift Hours: 7:30PM – 6:00AM
- Weekends are required for shutdown maintenance
- Some overtime and holiday work may be required, as dictated by business needs
