Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to all maintenance requests arising on the production floor.
- Instruct production staff in correct setup procedures and copy-related troubleshooting methods.
- Offer training and on-the-job support to production personnel to enhance output and reduce interruptions through proper use of equipment and techniques.
- Diagnose faults in mechanical, electrical, network, and computer hardware or software systems within assigned areas.
- Carry out accurate and timely repairs during active production as required.
- Use illustrated parts guides and operational manuals to support equipment repair, modification, and upkeep.
- Conduct daily inspections of machinery to identify potential issues, document findings, and schedule necessary repairs.
- Address assigned maintenance work orders promptly and efficiently.
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks according to the established PM plan, using proper documentation forms.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment by tracking usage and maintaining records.
- Notify supervisors when parts or equipment are taken from inventory.
- Log all maintenance activities using appropriate digital systems or paper forms.
- Train and mentor new maintenance technicians, including reviewing their completed work.
- Perform required cleaning tasks such as machine and area cleanup, sweeping, and other general housekeeping duties.
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by management.

- Shift Hours: 7:30PM – 6:00AM
- Weekends are required for shutdown maintenance
- Some overtime and holiday work may be required, as dictated by business needs
- Shift differential of $1.25 per hour
