Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent functionality of production machinery used in manufacturing operations
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical or electrical malfunctions affecting equipment performance
- Service and repair machinery based on technical diagrams, manuals, and manufacturer guidelines
- Utilize hand and power tools, along with precision measuring devices, to maintain complex equipment including die cutters, web and sheet-fed presses, inserters, folders, conveyors, and bindery systems
- Fabricate or restore machine components using welding equipment or machine shop tools such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and surface grinders
