Responsibilities
- Ensure reliable operation of production machinery through routine and corrective maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical malfunctions affecting equipment performance
- Service and repair industrial machinery such as die cutters, web and sheet-fed presses, inserters, folders, conveyors, and bindery systems using technical documentation and specifications
- Fabricate or restore machine components using welding equipment and machine shop tools including lathes, mills, drill presses, and grinders

- Work schedule follows a rotating shift pattern: 3 consecutive days on, 4 off, with shifts from 7am to 7pm; cycle resets every 8 weeks
- Conduct on-demand troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical system failures
- Maintain and repair mechanical systems using hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement devices
- Perform component fabrication or restoration using machine tools and welding equipment as needed
