Responsibilities
- Ensure the ongoing functionality and reliability of production machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical or electrical malfunctions affecting equipment performance.
- Conduct repairs and routine maintenance using technical documentation such as schematics, operation guides, and manufacturer specifications.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments to service machinery including die cutters, sheet-fed presses, inserters, folders, conveyors, and bindery systems.
- Fabricate or restore components using welding equipment or machine tools like lathes, mills, drills, and grinders.
- Perform general facility maintenance and complete assigned ad hoc tasks.
- Support team development by sharing technical knowledge and assisting in employee training.
