Responsibilities
- Build, service, and test mechanical systems, machines, and parts
- Determine which components or equipment require repair or replacement
- Apply mathematical calculations from shop mathematics to complete tasks
- Read and interpret technical drawings to adjust, service, or fix machinery
- Respond to production team requests when equipment malfunctions occur
- Collaborate with production staff and supervisors to identify and resolve mechanical issues
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance activities
- Complete assigned maintenance work accurately and efficiently, managing time and resources effectively
