Responsibilities
- Install and maintain production machinery and facility equipment as part of diverse technical duties.
- Conduct emergency and unscheduled repairs during production, as well as scheduled maintenance during service periods.
- Carry out basic machinist tasks as needed.
- Apply mechanical expertise in areas such as mechanical systems, electrical circuits, pneumatics, hydraulics, diagnostics, and equipment repair.
- Review and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to carry out required servicing.
- Identify equipment issues, replace or fix components, and conduct testing and adjustments.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on production machines, equipment, and building systems.
- Perform general plumbing and carpentry maintenance tasks.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, electrical measuring devices, and material handling equipment in daily operations.
- Identify and report malfunctioning operations, substandard materials, or abnormal conditions to supervisory staff.
- Follow all safety protocols and keep workspaces clean and organized.
- Complete assigned tasks as directed by the Maintenance Manager or Supervisor.
