About the Role
The Maintenance Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining mission-critical infrastructure by overseeing maintenance planning, execution, and communication across teams to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and real-time management of preventive maintenance for all facility systems.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and vendor teams to align maintenance with current site demands and limitations.
- Develop and maintain detailed Methods of Procedure (MOPs), ensuring they are accurate, approved, and ready for implementation.
- Monitor maintenance tasks as they occur, verifying completion, documentation, and adherence to schedules.
- Detect scheduling conflicts, operational risks, or execution gaps, then adjust plans or escalate as necessary.
- Manage vendor onboarding, scheduling, and preparedness, confirming required materials and services are available.
- Keep precise and up-to-date maintenance records to support audits and ensure operational transparency.
- Track maintenance backlogs, upcoming tasks, and recurring issues, driving timely resolutions and preventing recurrence.
- Deliver clear, actionable status updates on maintenance activities and potential risks to leadership teams.
