Responsibilities
- Receive and organize machine components, storing them in designated areas for production access
- Monitor and maintain records for all preventive maintenance job plans and outstanding tasks
- Record preventive maintenance activities and oversee their progress to final completion
- Ensure required parts, supplies, and tools are properly requested and on hand for scheduled maintenance work
- Collaborate with maintenance leadership and team members to uphold equipment reliability and mechanical standards
- Track and report key performance indicators related to maintenance efficiency and plant reliability
- Support planning and scheduling for major facility shutdowns and equipment rebuilds
- Work extra shifts as needed during annual plant turnaround periods
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications
- Type at a minimum of 35 words per minute with strong data entry skills
- Learn and adapt to digital inventory management systems
- Interpret facility-specific terminology to correctly order or distribute replacement parts
- Conduct precise inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels
- Carry out additional assigned tasks as required by supervisors
