About the Role
This is a founding machine learning position focused on building and leading the first dedicated ML team. The role involves creating intelligence systems that integrate proprietary transaction data with external signals to improve payment approval rates across regions, refine risk decisions during merchant onboarding, and strengthen fraud detection. Responsibilities include analyzing extensive behavioral datasets, deploying production-grade fraud models, establishing performance standards, and scaling detection capabilities as transaction volume and merchant count grow.

Compensation
$225,000 - $275,000 USD base salary, with actual offer dependent on experience, education, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
