About the Role
The role involves developing machine learning solutions that integrate into large-scale advertising technology systems, focusing on model accuracy, latency, and maintainability.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models for high-volume data environments
- Optimize algorithms for speed and scalability in production systems
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate research into deployable code
- Monitor model performance and retraining pipelines
- Work closely with engineering teams to integrate models into live services
- Evaluate new data sources for model improvement opportunities
- Ensure models comply with privacy and data usage policies
- Develop tools for model interpretability and debugging
- Participate in code reviews and system design discussions
- Maintain documentation for models and training processes
- Troubleshoot production issues related to machine learning components
- Improve data preprocessing and feature engineering workflows
- Contribute to A/B testing frameworks for model validation
- Stay current with advancements in machine learning and ad tech
- Support deployment automation and CI/CD practices
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical field
