About the Role
You will develop and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world problems, working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and build machine learning models for diverse applications
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate models into production systems
- Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy
- Evaluate model performance using statistical methods and metrics
- Work with large datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights
- Implement data preprocessing pipelines for training and inference
- Support end-to-end deployment of machine learning workflows
- Monitor model behavior and performance in live environments
- Improve data quality and availability for training purposes
- Research and apply new techniques in machine learning and AI
- Ensure models comply with privacy and ethical standards
- Document development processes and technical decisions
- Troubleshoot issues in model training and deployment
- Contribute to architectural decisions for data and ML infrastructure
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
Nice to Have
- Master’s or PhD in a relevant discipline
- Experience with natural language processing or computer vision
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning techniques
- Track record of delivering ML solutions in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices
