Caylent is hiring a Machine Learning Architect - Not an Active Opening, Building Talent Pipeline

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a central point of coordination for teams and clients during Agile rituals such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Convert client needs into actionable engineering task lists and prioritized backlogs.
  • Assign development tasks to engineering team members to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Lead sessions for gathering requirements, refining backlogs, and defining system architecture.
  • Utilize expertise in DevOps practices, including automated builds, version control strategies, continuous integration and deployment, infrastructure as code, security protocols, monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and live environments for client systems.
  • Implement automated testing frameworks across multiple levels, including components, configuration items, subsystems, and full systems, and track test outcomes.
  • Develop robust, production-grade code with comprehensive unit and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to build high-performing, cloud-native applications on AWS platforms.
  • Clearly articulate and document technical designs, workflows, and operational procedures.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning by mentoring colleagues, exploring emerging technologies, and engaging with expert engineers.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members while also receiving mentorship from seasoned technical leaders.
