Responsibilities
- Analyze financial information from practice owners, participate in internal investment committee discussions, and address follow-up questions and concerns.
- Update financial models to assess the profitability of target hospitals.
- Assist in drafting Letters of Intent (LOIs) for target practices.
- Prepare deal summaries and presentations for the investment committee, executive team, and prospective sellers.
- Support due diligence by reviewing financial statements and bank records, reconciling reported results to source data, and flagging risks and adjustments for the deal team.

- Ability to explain complex financial matters in a way that the average person can understand
- Comfortable with highly strategic, complex, and long analysis cycles
Nice to Have
- Animal Health or multi-site healthcare experience
- Finance / accounting industry background
