Responsibilities
- Handle post-booking shipment logistics by tracking key details and ensuring clear communication across parties.
- Support backend operations such as documentation, data input, and coordination with carriers to maintain on-time delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistical workflows and resolve potential issues.
- Monitor the end-to-end logistics cycle, including shipment tracking, problem resolution, and recordkeeping.
- Produce performance reports on shipment status and operational challenges to support ongoing process improvements.
